You can also receive refund if you're on One-Time plan and if you didn't start a call with Santa Claus.

The 'Recurring' plan is a yearly plan with low base subscription fee and offers a simple metered billing for each minute of the video call.
Can I change my subscription plan?: No, you can cancel your subscription. At this moment, there is only one subscription plan, so "changing" the subscription plan on SantaXmas account is really not an option. You may cancel the plan though.
